Caitlin Deschenes-Desmond

Caitlin Deschenes-Desmond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at TNTP since November 2011, Caitlin previously held roles as an Analyst and had a formative experience as an Education Pioneers Graduate Fellow at Education Pioneers. Additional experience includes fellowship at The New Leaders Council and a student consultancy at buildOn. Caitlin has also contributed to the Ghana Monitoring & Evaluation Forum and held various positions at Pathfinder International, including Monitoring and Evaluation Unit Coordinator. Earlier in the career, Caitlin worked as a Tour Consultant for EF Education First. Educational achievements include an MBA/MA in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a BA in International Studies and History from Vassar College.
