Crystal Harmon

As Chief Consulting Officer, Crystal leads and oversees the strategic vision for the consulting division, ensuring the talent and academic consulting are achieving their intended impact and delivering on TNTPs vision for social and economic mobility for students. In collaboration with the Executive Team, Crystal serves as the executive lead for enterprise innovation across the organization, charged with establishing and executing a comprehensive long-term innovation strategy for TNTP’s client-facing work, with a focus on new interventions and leading practices that will drive a culture of innovation within the organization.

Previously, as Executive Vice President, Crystal led TNTP’s Consulting Team and partnerships with school systems and other clients, with a focus on building a thriving team and positioning TNTP for impact. Crystal also served as Executive Vice President of the Workforce Team, including TNTP’s Talent Acquisition function, charged to ensure the organization had the skills and expertise necessary to deliver on the strategy and goals.
