D'Andre Hardy

D'andre Hardy, M.Ed. has extensive work experience in various roles within the education and consulting sectors. They are currently the Creator & Principal Consultant at The Seen Society, where they focus on amplifying the experiences of women with invisible illnesses and providing leadership solutions and career coaching. Prior to this, D'andre served as the Director of Business Operations at TNTP and as the Director of Retention at Greensboro College. They also worked as a Project Manager at Credo - Higher Education Consulting, where they managed project budgets and collaborated with team members to develop customized solutions. Additionally, D'andre has experience as an Advisor at Forsyth Technical Community College and as an Assistant Director at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), where they conducted recruitment and coaching.

D'andre Hardy, M.Ed. received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Studies/Organizational Leadership from the University of North Texas in 2010. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's of Education in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2012.
