Margot Miranda

Margot Miranda is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in academic leadership and special education. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Academics at TNTP since October 2022, Margot previously held various roles at Teach For America, including Director, Senior Coach, and Regional Wellness Expert from July 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included coaching and managing corps members to enhance teaching effectiveness. Margot’s consulting work involved tutoring students from pre-K to grade 10 and preparing them for standardized tests. Previous teaching experience includes serving as a Special Education Teacher at Democracy Prep Public Schools and a Corps Member Advisor for Teach For America. Margot holds a Master's degree in General and Special Education from Bank Street College of Education and has taught at the graduate level.
