Kaylan Sylvester

Kaylan Sylvester, M.Ed/REALTOR®, is currently a Realtor at Braden Real Estate Group, with experience as the Southwest Regional Senior Manager of Academics at TNTP since January 2022. Prior roles include serving as an Executive Master Teacher, Master Teacher, and Teacher within the Jefferson Parish Public School System from August 2015 to January 2022, focusing on coaching educators, developing instructional strategies, and leading professional development. Kaylan holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Arkansas State University, and an alternative certification in Early Childhood Education from Southern University at New Orleans. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in General Studies was earned from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Training in real estate was completed at the Champions School of Real Estate in 2023.
