Geoff Gaudreault

Head of Engineering at Source

Geoff Gaudreault has a broad range of work experience spanning several industries. Geoff currently works at Source as the Head of Engineering, where they lead the development of digital services and collaborates with product and marketing teams to streamline feature development. Prior to this, Geoff worked at Circle Media Labs Inc., first as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, responsible for web development and cloud infrastructure, then as a Team Lead for cloud developers, managing workflow and application development.

Before joining Circle Media Labs, Geoff founded and served as the Principal Designer/Developer at Sploder.com, focusing on game development, web design, marketing, and customer interaction. Geoff also worked at Neurofuzzy Consulting as an Interactive Developer and Game Designer, providing design and development services to clients such as NPR, Disney, and National Geographic in the field of web and mobile game development.

Geoff's experience also includes roles at Mochi Media as the Director of Flash Development, Redmon Group as a Senior Designer, where they worked on interactive products and exhibits, and National Public Radio as a Senior Web Designer, collaborating with editorial and digital media teams. Geoff began their career at Smithgroup, Inc. as a Visualization Specialist.

Geoff Gaudreault completed their high school education at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science & Technology from 1986 to 1990. Geoff then pursued a Master of Architecture degree at Virginia Tech from 1990 to 1997, specializing in the field of Architecture. During their studies, they also had a brief study abroad experience at Yokohama National University in 1996.
