Andrea Reid

Andrea Reid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and management roles. Currently serving as the Fulfillment + Customer Service Manager at TWLOHA since December 2021, Andrea previously held various positions in the organization, including Customer Service Coordinator and Intern. Prior experience includes a Barista position at Starbucks and an Admissions Coordinator/Receptionist role at Peace Club. Andrea's background also includes a practicum in Central Europe focused on addiction recovery approaches and assisting in the establishment of a Collegiate Recovery Program. Earlier roles include positions at Grace Medical Center and Ulta Beauty, along with experience as an Assistant Manager at Kirkland's. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Community, Family and Addiction Sciences from Texas Tech University and an Associate of Science in Psychology from South Plains College.
