Toa Corp is a Japan-based construction company. The Company has four business segments. The Domestic Civil Engineering segment is engaged in the domestic civil engineering work, as well as contract design-related works. The Domestic Construction segment is engaged in the domestic construction and contract design-related works. The Overseas segment is engaged in the overseas construction work-related businesses. The Others segment is engaged in the real estate development, sale and lease businesses, as well as the businesses operated by its affiliated companies. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 16 subsidiaries and 15 associated companies.
