Brady Reid

Brady Reid currently serves as the Director of Onboarding at Toast, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Brady was the Senior Director of Operations at Kitchen United from March 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included creating and implementing operational processes for a ghost kitchen startup, recruiting and mentoring General Managers, and leading early-stage product management for a SaaS point of sale platform. Previous experience also includes roles such as Director of Operations and General Manager at The Surfrider Malibu, and various managerial positions at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Brady holds a B.A. in History from UC Santa Barbara, attained in 2009.
