Customer Success Manager - Onboarding (DACH) at Hoxhunt

Jaana Nuku has worked in a variety of roles in the customer service and customer success industries. In 2008, they began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Tourism Holdings Limited, where they booked campervans and cars in person and over the phone, and looked after customers on pick up and drop off, selling optional add-ons. Jaana was then promoted to Customer Service Supervisor at the same company. In 2011, they moved to Globus family of brands as a Customer Service Support (Allotments). In 2018, they took on a role as a Personal Fitness Trainer at F45 Training, where they prepared classrooms for the next day’s session, delivered group training intros, demonstrations and stretches, and was responsible for the safety of members. In 2019, they became a Customer Support Manager at Holvi, where they looked after incoming requests from account holders, worked closely with other teams to solve customer enquiries, and suggested product improvements and reported system deficiencies. In 2021, they took on a role as a Client Implementation and Operations Manager at Uberall, where they were responsible for onboarding and training of new clients and partners, technical implementation, data management, store locator creation of client accounts, and more. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager - Onboarding (DACH) at Hoxhunt, where they collaborate with CISOs and Project Leads on the rollout of Hoxhunt, leads onboarding projects for top-tier clients, assists tech teams with the technical integration of their software, plans communication campaigns, and streamlines processes and templates for more efficiency and scalability in the future.

Jaana Nuku has a Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training from FIAFitnation, obtained in 2017-2018 in the field of Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Jaana also has a Hotelfachfrau from Berufsschule Usingen, obtained in 2004-2007 in the field of Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management. Additionally, they have obtained a 'Near Me' Certification from Uberall in September 2021.
