Danielle Belanger

Danielle McLellan Belanger currently serves as the Director of Talent Operations & Analytics at Toast, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Danielle held various positions at HubSpot from June 2014 to August 2021, including Manager of People Analytics and Recruiting Operations Lead. Danielle began a career in recruitment and operations at HubSpot as a Recruiting Coordinator and progressed through several roles, culminating in management. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
