David Yuan

David Yuan has invested in four companies that have gone public, eight that have been acquired, and has been recognized by Forbes on its Midas List of the top 100 technology investors. He joined TCV in 2005, and is a General Partner focusing on software, internet, and information services. David is currently a board director or board observer at Avetta, CCC Information Services, Klook, LegalZoom, SiteMinder, and Toast. Other current investments include Act-On, ByteDance, HashiCorp, Modsy, Nubank, Rover, The Pracuj Group, and TripAdvisor. David received an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
