Gabriela Jones

Gabriela Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Education Operations at Toast since November 2019, Gabriela has held various roles within the company including Manager of Education Operations, Customer Education Team Lead, and Customer Education Content Manager. Prior to Toast, Gabriela managed taproom operations as General Manager for Denizens Brewing Co. and served in several leadership positions at The Tryst Trading Company, including Chief Marketing Officer. Gabriela's early career included management roles at Georgetown Cupcake and Citizens for Global Solutions, as well as an administrative position at the University of Miami International Admissions Office. Gabriela holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University, a Bachelor of Science in Print Journalism and International Affairs from the University of Miami, and a Certificate in Design Thinking & Innovation from Harvard Business School Online.
