Marcia Baldwin

Marcia Baldwin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education technology, training, and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Education Technology & Operations at NACD since September 2025, Marcia oversees education and event technology projects. Previous roles include Deputy Executive Director for Training and Operations at the National Disability Rights Network, where Marcia coordinated in-person training events for up to 500 attendees, and Owner/CEO of Enrichment Matters LLC, which achieved $2M in revenue and established itself as the largest enrichment administrative support company in the region. Marcia's background also includes roles at World Vision, Tuckahoe Elementary School, PerformTech Inc., and Health Communications Inc., contributing to curriculum development, program management, and operational leadership throughout a diverse career. Marcia holds a BA in Rhetoric & Communication Studies and American Government from the University of Virginia, along with additional education from San Diego State University and The Johns Hopkins University.
