Gabrielle Toof

Gabrielle Toof has extensive experience in accounting and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Procure to Pay at Toast since July 2019. Previously, Gabrielle held multiple roles at Toast including Senior Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Manager and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Manager, alongside positions as Accounting Manager and Assistant Accounting Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Accounting Manager at Spartan Race, Inc. from April 2017 to June 2019 and working as an AP Analyst at Wayfair from July 2016 to April 2017. Gabrielle Toof earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rhode Island College between 2012 and 2016.
