Janelle Peiczarka

Janelle Peiczarka is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Product and Marketing Counsel at Toast since August 2024 and as Adjunct Faculty at Boston College Law School since August 2021, where Janelle teaches an In-House Counsel Externship seminar. Previous experience includes corporate counsel roles at iRobot from July 2019 to August 2024, where Janelle provided legal counsel to global teams and supported business initiatives, and as an associate at Gennari Aronson from April 2016 to June 2019, advising clients on transactions and regulatory compliance. Janelle's comprehensive legal background also includes internships and clerkships, and notable awards such as the 2020 iRobot Chairman’s Award and graduation from the 2021 Aurora Leadership Training Program. Janelle holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.S. in Political Science and Business Administration from Northeastern University.
