Kim Looby

Kim Looby currently serves as Vice President of People Success & Employee Relations at Toast, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies focused on talent assessment, communication, rewards and recognition, and diversity and inclusion. As a key member of the Customer Success Senior Leadership team, Kim also led the HR M&A workstream for Toast’s inaugural acquisition, overseeing various major HR areas. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Global HR Business Partnerships at Iron Mountain, where strategic HR initiatives supported the Data Center business unit and other corporate functions. Earlier roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Key3Media, XChange Inc, Thomson Reuters, and Putnam Investments provided extensive experience in HR business partnership, management, and employee relations. Kim holds a Master's degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Lesley University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Public Relations from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
