Laura A. Capparelli

Laura A. Capparelli, FPC, currently serves as the Local Committee Chair at Toast.org, a role focused on identifying local organizations for volunteering and grant support within the food ecosystem. As the owner of Pausa Coffee, LLC, Laura applies entrepreneurial skills while continuing a prominent career in Toast since June 2019, where accolades include being named 2024 Solutions Engineer of the Year and multiple recognitions in the Presidents Club. Prior experience includes positions at ADP as a District Manager, where engagement and administrative efficiency for small businesses were prioritized, as well as various roles in the restaurant industry and media. Academic credentials consist of a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Creative Advertising, and Applied Communication from Le Moyne College, alongside studies in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Parsons School of Design and business management at Onondaga Community College.
