Leah Zakrajsek

Leah Zakrajsek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer education and technical enablement. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success Technical Enablement at Toast since July 2022, Leah oversees a team of project managers who facilitate critical enablement initiatives between product and customer success. Prior to Toast, Leah held various leadership roles at Khoros, including Senior Manager of Customer Education, where the focus was on delivering comprehensive training across multiple product lines. Leah's career commenced at TechSmith Corporation, encompassing roles from Sales Intern to Channel Account Manager, and also includes earlier positions in account management and culinary preparation. Leah Zakrajsek holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Michigan State University.
