Lou Orfanos

Lou Orfanos is a seasoned product leader and executive with extensive experience in the technology and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and General Manager at Toast, Lou leads the Core Restaurant/Commerce business while also acting as Managing Partner at Perkins Cove Partners and engaging in startup investment and advisory work. Lou has previously held significant roles at HubSpot, where responsibilities included leading the Sales Hub and Commerce Hub, and at Upland Localytics as Chief Customer Officer. With a robust background in product management and marketing across various companies, Lou brings valuable expertise to both established organizations and startups. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bentley University and studies in Information Technology/Computer Science at Harvard Extension School.
