Marissa Griffin

Marissa Griffin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical program management and consulting. Currently, Marissa serves as a Senior Technical Program Manager for Engineering Operations at Toast, where responsibilities have included roles as Product Excellence Manager and Product Manager in Data Engineering. Prior to this, Marissa was a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman, contributing to strategic change delivery solutions through web tool development, and also completed a consulting internship at the same firm focused on creating an assortment optimization tool. Earlier experience includes a Biological Engineering Internship at Riparian Pharmaceuticals, where research aimed at preventing vascular diseases, and two undergraduate research positions at the Koch Institute at MIT, where Marissa co-authored publications and presented findings on diabetes treatments and biocatalyst applications. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
