Tiffany Hsu

Tiffany Hsu is an experienced Onboarding Consultant at Toast, having progressed through three levels since March 2022. Prior to Toast, Tiffany held various management positions at Lotte New York Palace, including Assistant Director of In Room Dining and Food and Beverage Manager, from October 2015 to February 2022. Earlier career experiences include roles at The Knickerbocker as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and internships in product management and food and beverage at Consortium Tours of North America, Westin New York at Times Square, Millenium Hilton, Hyatt 48 Lex, and BR Guest. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from New York University and has international exposure from attending East China Normal University.
