Deekshita Acharya

Deekshita Acharya is an experienced professional with a background in business development, planning, and sales. Currently serving as Sergeant at Arms for Toastmasters International since June 2024, Deekshita has been with NMB Bank Ltd. since September 2021, holding roles in Alternate Delivery Channel - Planning and Sales and as Business Development Manager. Previous experience includes working as an Enumerator with Interdisciplinary Analysts, conducting surveys related to the economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, and serving as a Field Officer for MITRA Samaj. Deekshita also gained research experience as a Research Trainee at Business Brainz and honed sales and marketing skills at ODC Entertainment. An early career internship at Agricultural Development Bank Limited provided exposure to various departments.
