Keith Laabs

Keith Laabs is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Tobacco Road Partners where he is active in all day-to-day activities and investment decisions. He has significant strategic leadership experience across management consulting and high-growth companies. Most recently, Keith acted as the Chief of Staff and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Rubicon Global, a cloud-based waste solutions provider named to Forbes’ 2016 list of “Next Billion-Dollar Startups.” Prior to Rubicon, Keith spent several years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company. While a consultant, he was classically trained and led engagements on the acquisition and merger management as well as on corporate/growth, go-to-market, and portfolio strategy. Keith also has experience at The Coca-Cola Company and Stanford Athletics. Keith holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Psychology from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
