Mark Steidl is an experienced advocate and educator in the field of disability rights and support. Currently serving as a Participant Advisory Committee Member at The Woodlands Foundation, Inc., Mark organizes music camps and has developed the Music Makers program as an Assistant Music Teacher. Mark also holds roles as Program Manager and Co-Founder at Self Advocacy Voices, facilitating online presentations for adults with disabilities, and serves as a Board Member on the Policy Committee for Disability Rights Pennsylvania. Mark's expertise extends to technical support at Tobii Dynavox, where the focus is on writing educational resources for communication devices. Previous contributions include advisory roles with (CHANGE) Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Advisory Network, assisting with healthcare transitions for youth, and support roles in housing coordination for individuals with disabilities. Mark holds an Associate's degree in Social Work Foundations from the Community College of Allegheny County and continues education there as of 2023.
