Ellie Borodulina, Ph.D., currently serves as the Head of IP and Patent Agent at Tobii, where responsibilities encompass patent strategy and prosecution for innovations in eye tracking and attention computing. Previously, Ellie held roles as a Senior Patent Examiner in training at PRV, focusing on telecommunications and computer-implemented inventions, and as a Patent Examiner, assessing patent applications in mechanical engineering domains. Early experience includes a research position in Solid Mechanics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where Ellie authored a Ph.D. thesis on micromechanics of fiber networks, and roles as a laboratory engineer developing industrial processes for cardboard applications.
