Hampus Bankler

Hampus Bankler has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Hampus started their career as a part-time flight simulator instructor at Flygvapenmuseum in 2010. Shortly after, they worked as a gameplay programmer at Fatshark AB, where they contributed to the development of Bionic Commando: Rearmed 2. In the same year, they joined Wemotion AB as a gameplay programmer and played a key role in developing Webike: Home Edition.

In 2013, Bankler joined Rovio Entertainment Ltd. as a game programmer and later became a senior programmer. Hampus was the lead gameplay programmer for Angry Birds 2, involved from its early development stages until its launch. Hampus also collaborated closely with designers and artists to prototype and develop new titles.

Bankler's next role was as a senior programmer at The Outsiders, where they worked from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are the owner of Mudpike, a company they founded in 2018.

Most recently, Bankler worked as a freelance programmer at Toca Boca starting in August 2022. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise and contributions in game development and programming.

Hampus Bankler obtained a Kandidatexamen in Computer Science from Linköping University. The exact start and end dates of their education were not provided.
