Luka Heintzman

Luka Heintzman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Rollout Manager and Operations Analyst at TOCA Social since October 2021, Luka collaborates closely with the leadership team on critical business development initiatives. Prior roles include Special Project Manager at TOCA Football, where Luka oversaw project completion and staff growth, and Graduate Student positions at Per Scholas and Pathways2Life focused on enhancing operational efficiency and conducting research. Additional experience includes project coordination at D-BAT Atlanta, guest experience enhancement at The Dollywood Company, and managerial responsibilities during academic tenure at The University of Georgia. Luka holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from The University of Georgia and a Master of Social Work from Georgia State University.
