Elliott Payne

Elliott Payne is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience managing various food and beverage operations. Currently serving as the Restaurant General Manager at Flik Hospitality Group since July 2022, Elliott successfully led the reopening of The Carillon at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center and garnered multiple awards within the first year. Previous roles include General Manager at CampWell, overseeing the development of new hospitality venues in Central Texas, and General Manager at Crenshaw's Bar & Eatery, responsible for all food and beverage operations and meeting budgetary goals at Omni Hotels & Resorts. Elliott’s background also includes teaching assistant roles in web development, along with various positions at Omni Hotels & Resorts, starting as an Assistant Manager managing multiple departments. Elliott holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration from Texas State University and a Certificate in Full Stack Web Development from the University of Texas at Austin.
