Miguel Garcia

Miguel Garcia is an experienced implementation manager currently with Tock since May 2022. Previously, Miguel worked at Grubhub as a restaurant fulfillment specialist from June 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included onboarding new accounts, providing guidance to restaurant owners, and ensuring quality documentation. Prior to Grubhub, Miguel served as a restaurant supervisor at Entertainment Cruises Inc. from May 2017 to May 2019, managing daily operations and front-of-house staff while ensuring compliance with health regulations. Miguel's early experience includes serving as a student manager at Northern Illinois University, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Northern Illinois University, completed in 2017.
