Sarah has been in the workforce for over 10 years now. Sarah started out as a store manager for Stage Stores. There, they were responsible for sales, customer service, hiring, training, staff evaluations, and supervising store personnel. Sarah was able to motivate employees to increase selling related to the store’s Club 55 program, store credit cards, and magazine sales. Sarah also encouraged excellence in customer service. Sarah was also responsible for floor set ups, setting sales, and visual merchandising.
After working at Stage Stores for 2 years, Sarah then became the Textbook Department Manager at Barnes & Noble College. Sarah worked there for 4 years before moving on to their current position as HR Business Partner (Todak Academy & KSET) at Todak. In their current role, Sarah is responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, training and development, and performance management for the Todak Academy and KSET departments.
Sarah has a Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising and Fashion Product Development from Ohio University.
