John Elkins

John Elkins is a long-time energy advocate who believes strongly in the power of affordable electricity and its ability to improve the quality of life in rural and underserved urban communities. A 16-veteran of the Arkansas legal community, Elkins has previously served as Chief Legal Officer for a local renewable development firm, Associate General Counsel for one of the nation’s premier generation and transmission electric cooperatives, and as an Attorney for the Arkansas Public Service Commission.
