Andrea Frey, JD

Andrea Frey, JD has extensive experience in human resources and legal support. Andrea currently holds the position of SVP, People + Culture (HR) at TodayTix Group, where they are responsible for managing HR initiatives. Prior to this role, Andrea served as a CPOHQ Member at CPOHQ.

From 2017 to 2019, Andrea was the VP, People (HR) at Resy (acquired by American Express), where they provided strategic leadership for all global HR/People initiatives. Andrea handled HR due diligence for acquisitions and was involved in the acquisition process itself.

Before joining Resy, Andrea worked at Songkick (acquired by Warner Music Group) from 2015 to 2017. Andrea initially held the position of HR Manager and was later promoted to Director of HR. In these roles, they were responsible for HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.

Prior to Songkick, Andrea worked as a Human Resources Manager at CrowdSurge, which later merged with Songkick. In this role, they played a key role in the merger process and was responsible for various HR functions, including recruiting, office management, and implementing a new HRIS system.

Andrea also has experience in the legal field, having worked as a Contract Attorney at Legal Support Personnel & Special Counsel from 2010 to 2013. Before that, they held positions at CNN as Manager, Rights & Clearances, and at ABC News as a Rights & Clearances Associate. Additionally, Andrea owned and operated their own company, MediaCleared LLC, from 2008 to 2009.

Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated their expertise in HR, legal support, and organizational management. Andrea has a strong track record of implementing HR initiatives and managing HR functions in various organizations.

Andrea Frey, JD, obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Brooklyn Law School. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Rutgers University with a primary focus on Journalism & Mass Media and English. Andrea has also obtained a New York State Bar License from the New York State Bar Association.
