Ian Shain's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Ian started their career in 2016 as a Concierge Agent at TodayTix. Ian then worked as a Front Desk Staff at SoulCycle Inc. from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they joined AARMY as a Front Desk Staff and later became a Front Desk Team Lead. In the same year, they joined TodayTix Group as a Senior Customer Care Specialist, and later became a Customer Care Team Leader. Currently, they are working as an Operations Manager at TodayTix Group. Ian Shain also has experience as a Professional Actor in various theaters from 2014 to 2020.
