Leah Snook has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Leah started their career at The O2 as a Guest Relations Assistant from May 2016 to October 2017. Leah then moved on to Encore Tickets Limited, where they worked as a Customer Services Agent from June 2015 to September 2017 and later as an Operations Administrator from October 2017 to July 2019.
In 2019, Leah joined TodayTix Group (TTG) and held various positions within the company. Leah began as a Customer Service Team Leader from July 2019 to June 2021, then progressed to Senior Customer Service Team Leader for a brief period in July 2021. Subsequently, they became a Customer Care Manager for the UK region from July 2021 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Customer Care Manager (UK) at TTG, starting in March 2023.
Throughout their career, Leah has showcased their customer service skills and leadership capabilities while holding different roles in the entertainment and ticketing sectors.
From 2015 to 2017, Leah Snook attended GSM London, where they obtained a Diploma of Higher Education in Events Management.
