Luci Fonseca

Luci F. is a Partner at Base10 Partners since May 2021 and serves as the Cabo Verde Tech Ambassador for the Governo de Cabo Verde, supporting the Ministry of Finance in promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and venture capital since November 2021. In addition, Luci is actively involved as an investor and board observer at various companies, including Todyl, Incredible Health, and Emperia, while also holding investment roles at Notion, Stripe, Oyster®, Motive, and Handshake. Luci F. holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, with a Certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
