Toews builds and manages portfolios that primarily seek to reduce the risk of loss in crisis environments, as well as attempt to participate in market gains. Toews offers expertise in both equity and fixed income markets, including options hedged strategies. 

Toews’ process isn’t based primarily on subjective or predictive methodology. Alongside in-depth research, Toews uses a price-reactive algorithm that provides a rules-based signal for investment exit and reentry points.
