Elise Skipper

Elise Skipper is currently working as an Associate at Toffler Associates since June 2023. Prior to that, Elise founded ERYS in January 2022 and has held various consultant and project manager roles at the U.S. Department of State, Department of Defense Manufacturing Technology Program, and other companies. Elise has a Master of Arts degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida.
