Gilad K.

Gilad K. has a background in research and engineering. Gilad began their career in 2008 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Missouri. In 2009, they took on an Energy Engineer Intern role at AT&T, where they analyzed building utility bills and conducted energy audits. Also in 2009, Gilad returned to the University of Missouri as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. In 2011, they began their graduate studies at Yale University, where they were a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. In 2017, Gilad worked as a Senior Materials Engineer at Obsidian Advanced Manufacturing and a Postdoctoral Researcher at Yale University. From 2018 to 2021, they held various roles at Beyond Meat, including Scientist, Scientist 2, and Senior Scientist. Most recently, Gilad was appointed Vice President R&D at Tofurky in 2021.

Gilad K. attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Gilad is currently attending Yale University.
