Adi Bernstein

Adi Bernstein is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Toga Networks, a Huawei Company, since 2017. In this role, Adi manages all legal activities, focusing on corporate governance, legal disputes, agreements, labor law, privacy laws, and compliance with export control regulations. Prior to this position, Adi worked as an Associate at Shibolet & Co. from 2012 to 2019, advising multinational corporations and private equity funds on complex cross-border M&A transactions and various commercial matters. Earlier experience includes a position as a lawyer at Horn & Co, specializing in high-tech and life sciences agreements. Adi holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor of Laws from Tel Aviv University.
