Shaked Regev

Shaked Regev is a Systems Research Scientist at Together AI since February 2024 and has served as the Director of International Development and Co-Founder at The Modern Agriculture Foundation since March 2014. Shaked held the position of Optimization Researcher at Gridmatic from November 2022 to November 2023, focusing on software development for energy portfolio optimization in major US electric power markets. As an Adjunct Professor at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from March to July 2023, Shaked taught an introductory course on alternative proteins. Previous experience includes a Student Researcher role at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where a C++ and CUDA GPU linear solver was developed, and a Teaching Assistant position at Ben-Gurion University. Shaked's early career includes serving as a Technician in the IDF from July 2009 to July 2012. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Computational and Mathematical Engineering from Stanford University, along with MSc and BSc degrees in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
