Michael (Doc) Dougherty

Michael (Doc) Dougherty has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Michael (Doc) started their career in 1986 at Household Finance, where they held various roles, including VP Division General Manager. In 1997, they joined Conseco Finance as the SVP of the Mortgage Services Division. In 2001, they became the National Director of Lending at HSBC and later moved on to become the VP Director of Project Management and Business Consulting. In 2011, they briefly served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at LMI Solutions, Inc. Following that, they worked at Penncro Associates as the Senior Vice President of Operations from 2012 to 2015. Since 2015, they have been serving as the Chief Lending Officer at Together Credit Union.

Michael (Doc) Dougherty began their education journey in 1982 when they enrolled at Michigan State University. Michael (Doc) studied Communications and Business at the institution and successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in 1986.

In 1990, Michael sought further education and briefly attended the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Michael (Doc) pursued an Executive MBA program with a specialization in AFSA. This endeavor, however, concluded within the same year.
