Daniel Klemm

Daniel Klemm is an experienced leader in customer experience and communications, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience and Communications at Together Housing Group since December 2014. Klemm oversees the organization’s approach to consumer regulatory compliance and leads a team in marketing and communications. Previously, as Head of Policy and Communications at Together Housing, Klemm managed a significant budget and led a team of 15. Other notable positions include Lead Manager for the National Housing Federation in the North West and Yorkshire and Humber, and Regulatory/Stakeholder Engagement Manager at Yorkshire Water. Klemm's extensive background also includes roles in international relations, policy management, and project funding across various organizations and regions. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Leeds and a BA in European Studies from the University of Hull, complemented by an Erasmus experience in Spain.
