Jed Ritchey

Jed Ritchey is currently the General Counsel at Together Labs. Jed has held this position since July 2017. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Strava from August 2016 to January 2017. In this role, they built a six attorney legal team and counseled Unity's executive team. Jed also supported the company's rapid global growth in revenue and employees.

Ritchey has also previously served as the General Counsel at Kountable, Inc. from July 2017 to April 2022. In this role, they managed $100M+ primary and $100M+ secondary stock transactions. Jed also led complex cross-border acquisitions and served as parent company Secretary and director for multiple international subsidiaries. Additionally, they managed corporate, equity, compliance, risk management and tax matters worldwide.

Some of Ritchey's notable achievements include negotiating strategic platform development, license and distribution agreements with Google, Facebook, Oculus, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, Disney, Activision, Blizzard, EA, Qualcomm, & Intel. Jed also supported Unity's transition to a SAAS business model and development of integrated game developer services, including a high growth mobile video advertising network, analytics, cloud development, online developer store and consumer game replay services.

Jed Ritchey is a lawyer who attended Palo Alto High School, Santa Clara University School of Law, and the University of California, Davis.
