Katy Pickup

Katy Pickup is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Manager - Advisory at Together since October 2023, Katy previously held the position of Senior Compliance Advisory Manager at Tandem Bank from December 2022 to October 2023, and also worked as a Compliance Business Partner at the same institution. From September 2011 to December 2022, Katy was with Yorkshire Building Society, where roles included Compliance Policy & Advice Engagement Lead - Mortgages & Insurance and Compliance Business Partner. Earlier in Katy's career at HML from June 2005 to August 2011, positions included Corporate Programme Office Consultant and Compliance Monitoring Analyst/Senior Compliance Monitoring Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Regulated Equity Release from LIBF, a Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance, and an Advanced Certificate in Compliance from ICA, among others.
