Mark Anderson

Mark Anderson's work experience begins with their current role as a Treasury Systems and Data Analyst at Together - loans, mortgages, and finance. Mark started this position in October 2022.

Prior to their current role, Mark worked at The AA. Mark held various roles throughout their tenure, starting as a Call Center Representative from April 1996 to April 1999. Mark then transitioned to the role of Centre Specialist from April 1999 to May 2001, followed by Resource Analyst from June 2001 to January 2011.

From January 2011 to March 2016, Mark served as a Business Analyst within the Business Improvement team. In this role, they were responsible for providing insight across multiple channels, utilizing Speech Analytics and CSAT data to drive improvement. Mark was also involved in a full IVR review across the business.

Lastly, Mark served as a Scheduling Analyst from March 2016 to August 2022 before joining Together - loans, mortgages, and finance.

Mark Anderson attended Spurley Hey from 1982 to 1987, although no degree or field of study was specified during this time. In 2014, they enrolled in Ulster University and completed a degree in Customer Contact Planning and Management with a field of study in Resource and Planning in 2015. Mark also obtained additional certifications, including PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2016 and an Advanced Certificate in Data and Analytics from Ulster University in June 2015.
