Richard Watkins

Richard Watkins has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR roles. Richard started their career as an HR Business Partner at Barclaycard in 1997 and then moved to Banco Santander in 2004 for the same role. In 2009, Richard joined Sodexo UK and Ireland as the Head of HR. Richard later worked at Barclays as the Vice President of HR Global Technology from 2012 to 2015. Richard then became a Senior HR Business Partner at Amec Foster Wheeler in 2015 and subsequently worked as the Head of Employee Relations and Senior HRBP at Wilko from 2016 to 2018. Richard also held interim HR Business Partner roles at Together - loans, mortgages & finance and Riverside in 2018. Currently, Richard is working as an HR Business Partner at Four Seasons Health Care since 2019.

Richard Watkins attended Sir John Deanes College from 1994 to 1997, where they completed their A-Levels. In 1994, they also enrolled at the University of Bradford and earned their BSC in Business Management from there in 1997. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Richard pursued further studies at the University of Bedfordshire, obtaining a CIPD degree in HR MCIPD.
