Nailah Blades

Nailah Blades is a seasoned leadership consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in coaching, marketing, and business strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Leadership Consultant for Together Rising since January 2023, Nailah also founded Color Outside in November 2016 to empower women of color through outdoor experiences. As CEO of Wylie & Co. since May 2015, Nailah focuses on leadership coaching that integrates outdoor experiences for holistic development. Further experience includes serving as a Coach Instructor at Life Purpose Institute from June 2020 to June 2023, and as CEO & Co-Founder of Donna + Nailah, a digital marketing agency. Prior corporate roles at Dole Food Company and General Mills involved strategic planning and sales management. Nailah holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Sociology from the University of Southern California.
