Kathy Iffla is a senior consultant in leadership, coaching, and team development at ImpactInternational, where employment started in 2003. Kathy Iffla delivers programs focused on coaching skills, leadership, and team development primarily for large global businesses in Europe. Additionally, Kathy Iffla serves as a coach and facilitator with Living Teams since January 2021 and has provided coaching to senior leaders and business professionals since 2001 through the personal coaching practice established in January 2001. Prior experience includes a role as a senior training consultant at Ashorne Hill from 1995 to 2007. Kathy Iffla holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Sports Science and Geography from Loughborough University, earned between 1979 and 1981.
