Malaika Fernandes is a Counseling Psychologist in Training with a background in working with neurodevelopmental and complex trauma, neurodiversity, and comorbid mental health difficulties in various community and healthcare settings. Malaika has experience in psycho-oncology, bereavement, survivorship, adjustment difficulties, and psychiatric care specializing in acute mental health difficulties, first-episode psychosis, and complex trauma. Malaika also has a strong foundation in industrial and organizational psychology and human resource management.
